This weekend is Oscar weekend, which I look forward to every year. In its honor, I wanted to post one of my new favorite party foods just in case you’re having an Oscar party. I have a tendency to try to make way too much food at my parties, so I always like to have one or two things on the list that take very little effort. And not only do these knots take no time – they’re delicious!!
Potato chips are fantastic. But the kind you find at your typical BBQ are definitely not something you should be eating all the time. But these homemade versions are much better for you, and yet still delicious and addicting!
So you know when you walk by the pretzel stand in the mall, and that amazing smell seems to follow you around? Well, I’ve figured out how to recreate this at home (in a much healthier way). This past weekend, I finally got around to making pretzels. And I’m here to say, it’s not too hard.
