Potato chips are fantastic. But the kind you find at your typical BBQ are definitely not something you should be eating all the time. But these homemade versions are much better for you, and yet still delicious and addicting!
10 small potatoes (we used two different kinds, as you can see above)
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Slice potatoes and place in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper, and mix well. Spread potatoes on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes total, flipping them over after about 10 minutes. They’re done when they are nice and crispy. These make a great side to dinner.
